Brenda
Office Manager
Brenda has over 35 years of dental assistant and supervisory experience. She has comprehensive knowledge of direct patient care, dental procedures, dental office administration policies, and management. She started as an expanded functions dental assistant.
Brenda enjoys interacting with patients and making the dental experience as great as possible. As a team player, she helps our patients achieve a healthy and beautiful smile that they can be proud of. She can help you with any questions or concerns you may have about your dental treatment.
Brenda has a son and a granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors and taking care of her 2 dogs, cat, and pet duck.
Tracy
Front Office Supervisor
Tracy manages the business side of the practice. She is responsible for scheduling appointments, filing insurance, and planning financial agreements. With over 32 years of front office experience she is our insurance and billing expert. She will gladly assist you with any of your insurance and payment concerns. Tracy and her husband have 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Alanna
Dental Assistant
Alanna is a dental assistant at the Warren office who enjoys getting to know each patient and providing a personal touch for each patient. Alanna appreciates the team approach to providing the highest level of care possible. Alanna is the mother of 3 daughters. She enjoys shopping and hanging out with her girls.
Jessica
Dental Hygienist
Jess received her dental hygiene degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2012. She was born and raised on the east-side of Indianapolis, graduating from Scecina Memorial High School in 2004. Jessica’s hobbies include playing volleyball, going to concerts, being outdoors and spending time with her friends and family. “I enjoy being a hygienist and helping my patients achieve their optimal dental health. I truly feel I have found my calling!” Jessica and her husband have 2 sons and a dog named Maya.
Rachel
Patient Service Representative
Rachel is our patient service representative. She greets and checks-in patients, gets patient information, collects payment, assists with necessary paperwork, acts as a mediator for patients with insurance, and fulfills other customer service and/or administrative duties as necessary. Rachel is genuine and kind. Rachel is pursuing her career in dental hygiene. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with family.
